FAQ
  • Which animals can I keep as a pet?

The flats are pet-friendly however there are a few restrictions on the type, size and breed of animals that can live here. As a general guide, house-trained small pets are ok, but medium, large and particularly young ones may not be. Your rent will be slightly higher with a pet, this is to cover communal cleaning as well as additional wear and tear to your apartment.

  • Is there somewhere I can park my car behind gates?

Yes, there are 61 parking spaces in our secure car park which can be rented for an additional amount. There is no guest parking for your visiting friends and family, but the surrounding streets have affordable pay-and-display facilities. You can also apply to Birmingham city council for an annual permit for around £250 pa (specific to a car registration).

  • Do the properties have private outdoor space?

All the apartments have private balconies and you will also be able to enjoy the residents’ private garden and the new communal square.

  • Do you have to pay to use the gym?

No! The residents-only gym is one of the amenities at The Whitmore Collection, so all residents can use the gym at a time that suits them at no extra cost.

  • When will I be able to move in?

The finishing touches are just being made to the scheme, but we already have many happy residents living in the scheme. It usually takes about 10-days to process all of the paperwork, so we should have you in your new home in no time!
