Summer in Brindleyplace

Throughout the summer Brindleyplace’s calendar is full of exciting events suitable for all occasions.

On the last Friday of every month from May to September, Brindleyplace’s Summer Markets are held. The markets give locals the opportunity to taste fresh, local produce. Here you will find a number of stalls selling hot snacks, handmade goods, bread, herbs and cakes. The stalls vary month to month, giving you the chance to always try something new.

Every year Brindleyplace holds the Birmingham Chilli Festival. The festival features live music, street performances and the popular Chilli Market. The Chilli Market is home to spices from all around the world. There is also the opportunity to purchase sauces, preserves, curries and marinades as well as stalls offering food, drink and gifts.

Of course, you can’t talk about Brindleyplace and not talk about the amazing bars and restaurants the area offers; Described as one of Birmingham’s prime leisure destinations you will never be stuck for things to do. One of our personal favourites is BANK, they serve seasonally inspired food, complemented by great service, in a modern stylish environment. Closely followed by CAU, with mouthwatering steaks, burgers and sandwiches inspired by Buenos Aires.
