The Westside Business Improvement District (BID) is constantly working towards creating a more attractive, better marketed, brighter, safer and cleaner business environment for Broad Street, Five Ways, Centenary Square, Broadway Plaza and all the surrounding areas.

A bustling hub by day or night, Broad Street is considered by many as the entertainment epicentre of Birmingham. A busy business district by day, Broad Street is host to numerous financial headquarters and a multitude of offices and businesses.

Five Ways boasts a brand new hotel, Park Regis, which is a world-renowned brand of upscale hotels. Among its state-of-the-art facilities, the hotel features a stunning rooftop Japanese restaurant with breathtaking views of Westside. The opening of the hotel has greatly contributed to an increase in the amount of visitors to the area.
