From Listing To Move-In In Under 2 Weeks 

Last month, our Sales & Lettings teams pulled off an exceptional turnaround that saw a property move from listing to Let Agreed within just 6 days. To find out how our Assistant Lettings Manager, Alex did it, please read on: 

The Property 

Located a short stroll away from the iconic Jewellery Quarter neighbourhood, Queensway House is an immaculate development with spacious apartments and duplexes. The property in question is 5 Queensway House, a beautifully furnished home that boasts 3 double bedrooms, with one currently being used as a study.

Spanning over 1500 square feet, tenants can take advantage of the apartment’s spacious open-plan living areas, while taking in views of the glorious sunsets from a large private terrace.

How Did It Start?

After receiving the initial enquiry at the beginning of April, we carried out a free expert appraisal on 8th April 2021, understanding the landlady’s key objectives as well as the true value of the property. 

By the 13th of April, we had completed all of the professional photography, whittled down the most attractive images of the property, and developed the floorplans ready for the listing – all of which is included in our sales service as standard.

On 16th April, we rolled out our bespoke marketing strategy, advertising the property across all major platforms, including Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market. By the 21st of April, we had already begun processing a handful of enquiries, and on that day, Alex delivered the first accompanied viewing. 

How Did It End?

Just 24 hours after the viewing took place, the individual decided that the property was perfect for them, and the deal was tied up at the full asking rent of £2495 PCM.   

On the 30th of April, the tenant moved into the property on Livery Street, less than 2 weeks after the apartment was listed.
