When FleetMilne joined the Foxtons Group in January 2026, it marked an important milestone for the business and reinforced Foxtons’ commitment to the Birmingham property market.
This week, Foxtons has announced the acquisitions of Maguire Jackson and Davidsons, two respected Birmingham businesses with experienced teams, strong local reputations and long-standing client relationships. These acquisitions represent another important step in Foxtons’ investment in Birmingham and strengthen its presence across the city.
The expansion builds on the Group’s arrival in Birmingham through FleetMilne earlier this year and brings together three established local businesses with significant experience across sales, lettings and property management.
Maguire Jackson has built a strong reputation across Birmingham’s city centre from its Jewellery Quarter base, while Davidsons is a well-established and award-winning business with a presence across Edgbaston and the wider Birmingham market. Together, they bring additional expertise, local knowledge and market coverage to the Group.
The continued investment comes at an important time for Birmingham’s property market. Ongoing regeneration, new residential development and the continued evolution of the city centre are creating opportunities for landlords, investors, homeowners and renters across Birmingham.
For FleetMilne, being part of a growing Birmingham network provides an opportunity to combine the local knowledge and personal service developed over more than two decades with the wider resources, reach and expertise of the Foxtons Group.
Nicola Fleet-Milne, Managing Director, commented:
“There is a lot happening in Birmingham at the moment, both within the property market and the city more broadly. Bringing together good businesses and, importantly, good people gives us an increasingly strong platform from which to grow.
For me, these acquisitions aren’t simply about getting bigger. They are about building a brilliant Birmingham property business: one with deep local knowledge, talented people and the resources and ambition of Foxtons behind it.”
For clients, the focus remains unchanged. Existing relationships will remain in place, with clients continuing to receive the local knowledge, personal service and experienced advice they have come to expect.
Later this year, FleetMilne will become Foxtons, marking the next stage in the growth of the business and establishing the first Foxtons branch in Birmingham.
The latest acquisitions therefore represent another step in Foxtons’ longer-term investment in Birmingham, building on the foundations established when FleetMilne joined the Group at the beginning of 2026.
