It feels boxfresh as most places are brand new, especially the Eastside City Park which is stunning. It’s no doubt going to evolve even more with the arrival of the HS2 terminal here in 2026. In our eyes, it could well be like Kings Cross, with its connected, campus-style feel.
It’s an area that’s seeing lots of investment so feels brand new, with a distinctly youthful edge.
