If you have an emergency during these times, please call the emergency line as you normally would. You can do this by calling 0121 366 456 and pressing option 1 – you’ll be put through to our 24-hour emergency line.
If you have a non-emergency query, issue or question email your account manager as normal and they will get back to you in the new year.
