Alex was a great lettings person to deal with. He was professional, polite, responsive, managed the process in an efficient manner, was available outside of the normal 9-5 which I appreciated and he got the best outcome for all parties. He made letting my property a fairly easy process and most of all, I feel like I can trust him. I feel this is rare in the property market so glad he was allocated to deal with my apartment.
