Irma is our Associate Director; she is the friendly yet professional face behind all of our teams here at FleetMilne. Having worked her way to the top, she has experienced working at every level, and is therefore not only a great support to all employees, but sensitive to the needs of clients and tenants alike. Although she is not as front facing as she used to be, she is now spending more time ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and still likes to grab any opportunity to get stuck in with helping solve any problems that may come up.
Irma is FleetMilne’s very own Italian export. True to her culture, she talks and eats, a lot! Irma has a two little girls, who are currently excelling at all of the above. It’s early days, but Mirella and Arianna are already future FleetMilners in the making!

Kirsty spends her days identifying new business opportunities, providing a consultancy service for residential investors interested in the city and nurturing relationships with potential new landlords.
Her time at FleetMilne has seen her take on a number of roles as she has risen through the ranks and, as a result, she has been able to build a broad industry knowledge based on a wide variety of perspectives. Her speciality lies in lettings and investors, in particular, find her expertise useful when considering the state of the current market and, more importantly, how their property will perform for many years to come.
Originally from Worcestershire, she fell in love with Birmingham when studying Events Management at the University of Birmingham. Such an immersive degree course required a huge amount of organisation, co-ordination and commitment and we knew those traits would make her the perfect FleetMilner when she joined us as a viewer in 2012.
Client Services Team Executive

Kirsten joined the FleetMilne team in 2016 as our Front of House Executive. She is the first point of contact for our clients, tenants and visitors, and is responsible for keeping our website up to date with details of all of the properties we have on the market.
Originally from Essex, Kirsten has lived in numerous places – including a stint in Portugal in 2012 – and challenges herself to visit a different country every year. When she isn’t at home cuddling her beloved cat Mila, she is often out experiencing Birmingham’s extensive cocktail scene, shopping for shoes or exploring all the daytime attractions in the area.

Leona joined the FleetMilne team in May 2017 as Client Services Team Executive, alongside Kirsten. She too supports our clients and answers any questions they may have regarding properties on the market.
After studying Print Journalism at the University of Nottingham Trent, Leona came back to Birmingham to start her career.
Outside of work Leona loves going to new restaurants and trying out new recipes at home. If she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll either find her curled up on the sofa watching documentaries or enjoying a cocktail or two at one of her favourite bars!

Cooshanti is one of FleetMilne’s Business Development Account Managers, joining the family in June 2017. If you’re looking for a property to rent in Birmingham, there’s a good chance Cooshanti will be the one who helps you with this.
Born and raised in Birmingham, studying drama at Newman University, there isn’t much about Brum Cooshanti doesn’t know. She loves exploring Birmingham, finding the lesser-known quirky, independent cafés and restaurants.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Cooshanti cooking, making cocktails, spending her evenings with her two best friends, or binge watching each and every home improvement TV programme out there.

Joining the FleetMilne team in 2017 as a Sales Consultant, Clare is responsible for all of our new and exclusive developments.
With a background in sales, training, mentoring and coaching, Clare entered the world of property sales in 2001. Involved in the first regeneration of Birmingham, she was part of the team selling the most prestigious canal side developments, before moving on to the Jewellery Quarter and St Paul’s Square. There is nothing about Birmingham Clare doesn’t know and love, from its rich history to its ability to change and grow in the global economy.
Originally from Solihull, Clare now lives and works in Birmingham city centre. She fully embraces city centre living and enjoys being part of a growing community. Clare can often be found socialising in many of the bars and restaurants Birmingham has to offer, complete with a glass of fizz in hand, earning her the title “The Queen of Birmingham” among her friends.

Gemma is the Client Services Manager for FleetMilne, leading the team responsible for providing the full management services to our landlords. Along with her team of Account Managers, there’s nothing she doesn’t know about our properties and the city centre rental and sales market in general.
Gemma has had various roles over the years with FleetMilne, so we can safely say she knows her stuff! Since starting at FleetMilne, Gemma has completed her NFOPP exams and now has a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Becky is the Senior Account Manager at FleetMilne; she is responsible for providing the full management services to our landlords. Along with the other Account Managers, there’s nothing she doesn’t know about our properties and the city centre rental and sales market in general.
Prior to joining us, Becky completed a four year degree in Events Management in Sheffield but couldn’t wait to get back to Birmingham to work. She is currently looking to purchase her first home in the countryside as she loves working in the city but enjoys going home to relax in the rural peace and quiet . Outside of work Becky likes to spend time with friends, family, her three dogs and cat. She can often be found out and about in the city, socialising and meeting new people but loves nothing more than walking her dogs and frequenting country pubs. Most importantly, Becky also holds the prestigious FleetMilne title of Queen of Reality TV and is our ‘go to’ person for all the gossip from her favourite shows.

Annabel is an Account Manager for FleetMilne; she is responsible for providing the full management services to our landlords. Along with the other Account Managers, there’s nothingshe doesn’t know about our properties and the city centre rental and sales market in general.
Graduating from the University of Lincoln in 2010, Annabel completed a degree in social policy and, if university taught her anything, it was how to enjoy a good night out. When at home, Annabel enjoys nothing more than looking after zoo; two rabbits, two turtles, a tortoise, a school of fish and a cat – and when she gets any free time she can be found out and about in the city, socialising and meeting new people.

Associate Director - Operations

Jennie is our Associate Director for HR, Recruitment and Internal Operations. She works with Ben, Nicola and Irma to ensure everything is running smoothly, and everyone has the advice and support they need to enjoy their FleetMilne life.
Even away from the office, our HR director is all about the details. She is fanatical about grammar and spelling and sometimes emails editors of national magazines when she spots a mistake in one of their publications. (She is yet to receive a response from any editors, but remains hopeful)
A proud Brummie, she was born and raised in Harborne and now lives in the city centre. Despite enjoying the bright lights and cosmopolitan buzz of city life, JD is a fan of “proper pubs” and regularly frequents such establishments for gigs or pub quizzes.
Being a member of Colmore Business District’s Community Building working group gives JD the opportunity to really promote her beloved Birmingham to the business community. She loves a good networking event, and can often be found out and about in the city, making new friends and catching up with old ones.

Marc joined FleetMilne in May 2015 as our Associate Director for Marketing. His extensive career has seen him take in a huge range of roles and experiences, all of which he uses to continue improving the marketing output of FleetMilne.
A Wolverhampton Uni graduate, he is married to Lauren, with two boys. Despite living in Birmingham his whole life, he is an avid Chelsea fan and, as a result, holds all football bragging rights in the office by a country mile. His family extends to the animals in his life and he greatly enjoys walking his dog George and bowing to the demands of his cat Chilli.
His love of cake and chocolate did him no harm in the early days at FleetMilne and, if he’s not at work, watching the football or keeping his family out of trouble, you’ll probably find him at a gig (most likely, Foo Fighters or Blur) or getting up at all hours to watch the F1.
Jayde is the newest member of the FleetMilne team, joining in January 2017 as Marketing Assistant. With a degree in Photography and Film, she will be taking over our social media channels as well as helping out Marc with improving the marketing output of FleetMilne.
Having relocated from Scotland, she is just getting to know (and love) Birmingham! Outside of work, if she is not exploring her new city, you can find Jayde taking photographs, playing games, drinking excessive amounts of tea or scrolling endlessly through Instagram
Dulcie is FleetMilne’s Operations Executive; she has the vital responsibility of ensuring the bookkeeping activity for the company is always 100% accurate. She has recently completed her AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting and is looking forward to developing and honing her skills.
Away from the office, Dulcie is kept busy looking after her three children aged 9, 7 and 4 – she is still trying to perfect the art of child wrangling! She loves spending time with her family, attending a seemingly endless amount of social functions and children’s birthday parties. Dulcie loves to read a good book and thoroughly enjoys her part time role as a librarian, along with walking, swimming and traveling.

Nicola has always been the ambition behind the brand. She spends her time networking, driving the brand and setting up relationships in Birmingham and across the wider UK. Her focus is making sure everyone is aware of the influence and data we have in the world of residential property management. As an entrepreneur, she has a lot of great ideas but needs a strong team around her to ensure delivery on all levels, which she has spent over a decade nurturing.
Her second project, Smart Living, sees the team expand their skillset into the world of Build to Rent; the sector for the future of renting. Nicola liaises with asset managers, fund managers, developers and architects to design and construct the right scheme in the right location for Generation Rent; once built, the Smart Living team assume operational responsibility and ensure performance meets and exceeds expectations.
Nicola also has a million interests outside of work: she’s currently Chair of the Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Planning Forum, a senior Board Member at Colmore BID and The Birmingham Hippodrome and has recently been instrumental in setting up West Midlands Women’s Voice to promote the role of women in this new political and economic atmosphere in conjunction with the WMCA. She’s also won a number of personal awards including Birmingham Young Professional of the Year ‘Entrepreneurial’ winner and the Institute of Director’s Emerging Talent award.
Ben remains a Director of FleetMilne and chairs the Board, despite having now stepped aside from day to day operations, along with Nicola, to focus on growing their spin-off business, Smart Living.
Smart Living sees the team expand their skillset into the world of Build to Rent; the sector for the future of renting. Liaising initially with asset managers, fund managers, developers and architects to design and construct the right scheme in the right location for Generation Rent, the Smart Living team then assumes operational responsibility of the completed building and ensures performance meets and exceeds expectations.
Ben’s role at FleetMilne remains a strategic one, focused on business efficiency and growth, aided by his completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme in 2016. The course seeks out high-growth businesses and works with them for a period of 4 months to develop a strategic growth plan, to which they will be held account for years to come, assisting with job and wealth creation at every turn.
Away from the office, Ben has ‘retired’ (well, a 20 minute Uber) to the countryside with his wife and two boys where he continues to frustrate himself with his love of Coventry City and inconsistent golf game.
